Exchange Refund Policy

Fifi La Fleur guarantees all the products we sell to be free from defective workmanship. If there is a fault with the product you have purchased you may return the product in accordance with our Exchange Refund policy.

The exchange and/or refund of a product are subject to applicable Health Laws in Australia.

In accordance with applicable Australian Health Laws, products that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return or refund. All items must be unworn, in original condition and accompanied by the original purchase invoice, with the swing tag attached to the garment as originally received. There is NO exchange on vibrators, intimate toys/gifts & g-strings.

When returning/exchanging any product, please email us first and tell us why you wish to return the product and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Also include a current day time telephone number and address. We will then email or call you in relation to your request to discuss in further detail.  All requests for returns or exchanges must be received by email at Fifi La Fleur no later than 7 days from the date of despatch/delivery as shown on the delivery form. On approved exchanges/ refunds all products must be returned to FLF within 14 days of the exchange/refund approval from FLF.

For your security, returns should be sent directly to Fifi La Fleur by registered post as FLF cannot accept responsibility for missing goods. FLF does not accept COD delivery of returned goods. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for your selected method of returning these products and cannot exchange or refund on Products that we do not receive within the stated time lines. The customer is responisble for any postage fees for returns. We will post your first exchange back to you for free. Any extra changes on that order will be charged postage. 

Fifi La Fleur usually processes returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt (available stock permitting). In the event of an out of stock situation, replacement may take up to six weeks. If an item of stock is discontinued customers will be issued with either a Merchandise Voucher or a refund. If a manufacturing fault becomes apparent (fair wear and tear excepted) after 30 days, customers must contact Fifi La Fleur & may return the garment. If after examination by FLF the complaint is found to be justified, FLF will be issue either an exchange, Merchandise Voucher or refund on behalf of the Manufacturer.

On approved Exchanges, if there is a discrepancy in price, your credit card will be charged or credited for the difference.

We reserve the right to return any returned product if in our opinion the product has been mistreated, abused, worn, dry-cleaned, washed or soiled in any way.  

Merchandise Voucher

If a Merchandise Vouchers issue it will be valid for the specified value and is redeemable for any item in our standard Fifi La Fleur range within six months of date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.

Privacy Policy

For your privacy and discretion, any issues related to this site will be handled discreetly and confidentially.

 Processing & Delivery

 o    Your products will be delivered to you in discreet outer packaging

o    Your delivered package will not include references to the contents

 Registration & Subscription

 Registration is required by users to provide us with contact information such as names and shipping address, in order to process purchases in the future. As well as to contact users about new ranges, specials and other promotions we may have. Individual user information is never disclosed to third parties.

 Your details will be kept confidential at all times. Your information will not be shared, passed on or sold to anyone outside of our business. This information will confidentially remain with us.

By entering your email address to any part of our website, you accept to receive news updates from us. If you do not wish to receive this information, please email us to remove your email address from receiving these communications

By emailing us users can request changes or to be removed from receiving future e-mails.

Should subscribers and customers choose to unsubscribe from mailing lists please send an email with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Subscribers are required to email FLF to receive their unique Promo Code to be entered online at point of sale. Promo Code is only valid for one use per Subscriber and is not transferable.
